Job Title : Triage Software Engineer
Location : Plano, TX - Onsite
Duration : 12+ Months
Consultant able to speak Japanese Language.
Responsibilities :
- Perform high level defect analysis to filter out environmental / setup issues, IVI vs server-side issues and move the defects to correct queue (HU, Server, Tier1, Tier2 etc.) at the earliest
- Continuously monitor the defect dashboard, drive defect triage calls and work closely with PO, Eval & Development team members to clarify defects and track them to closure
- Create dashboards and reports for management and other stakeholders
- Provide summarization of key points and work with others to cut through ambiguity and bring issues to resolution.
