Location : 4343 Easton Commons Columbus OH 43219

Duration : 6months Contract

Pay rate : $19.17 / hr. on w2.

Preference Criteria :

We prefer candidates with either a College Degree or Previous Contact Center Experience.

Position Description : Join our Client as a Customer Support Representative where you'll handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries.

You'll respond with accuracy and efficiency, consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Functional support areas include cash management products, online services, and general account or financial-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Addressing incoming phone calls with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Providing support on cash management products, online services, and general financial inquiries.

Qualifications :
