The Impact You Will Make

As a key BondBloxx Product Development team member, you will be at the forefront of BondBloxx’s mission of shaping the future of fixed-income ETF investing.

Collaborating with the various teams with BondBloxx, your will work will directly influence the firm’s strategic direction, product innovation, and product-market positioning.

Specific responsibilities include :

Develop and help execute a comprehensive product development strategy that aligns with the BondBloxx business strategy.

Lead the ideation process for new products, leveraging industry trends and incorporating input from clients, distribution teams, and other potential partners.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and externally, including legal, portfolio management, sales, and marketing.

Conduct extensive data analysis of ETF industry flow data, client data, and broader industry trends.

Lead the creation of industry, competitive intelligence analysis, and reports.

Support efforts to connect BondBloxx to markets and client usage.

Develop thorough business cases for new products, including profitability models, product positioning, and investment thesis.

Work with the distribution team, clients, and capital markets participants to champion BondBloxx products. What You

Will Bring to the Team

5+ years of experience in the investment management industry, with a strong track record in product development.

Demonstrated track record of innovation, project management, and ability to execute.

Deep understanding of ETFs, asset management, and investment strategies.

Excellent research skills.

Ability to analyze data and identify trends, proactively staying current with recent developments.

Knowledge of product development processes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and in teams.

Passion for markets, innovation, and disrupting the status quo.

Ability to excel in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment
