The Marketing and Communications Specialist is a member of the Sales Strategy and Experience team that is responsible for ensuring our internal and external stakeholders have the information needed to deliver our value proposition to Medicare consumers and support company growth goals. This role is an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded, savvy communicator to impact our business and support our 90,000+ contracted Medicare field agents through targeted communications. This role's primary function will be focused on supporting and developing content including communications, website articles, call campaigns, newsletters, reference guides, and other resources to communicate critical information and deliver a best-in-class agent experience. This role will also support internal communications to our 2,500 team-members and be part of a cross-functional team with partners across field sales, product, marketing, service, technology, legal, operations and others to help optimize outreach and deliver a best-in-class agent experience.
This position will support high-impact programs and communications that advance agent engagement across several key initiatives such as our agent newsletter, agent recognition, and training.
This position is full-time, hybrid schedule (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday, with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
We offer weeks of paid training. The hours of training will be based on your schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $58,800 - $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
