OSHA Coordinator II

The OSHA Coordinator helps gather and maintain OSHA documentation to ensure the company and our customers maintain accurate OSHA reporting documentation. This role follows established policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accurate record maintenance. This position is open to hybrid or remote work arrangement.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Responsible for entry, organization, and maintenance of data for OSHA related compliance data metrics
• Reviews and understands OSHA requirements; ensures records are maintained in accordance with established requirements
• Pulls reports and gathers metrics to help report on OSHA metrics; may be responsible for helping fulfill regulatory reporting requirements
• May make recommendations for improvements in OSHA process
• Conducts and / or supports user training for client; this includes report running and entry of non-claim cases
• Uploads customer data to support the generation of 300As utilizing knowledge of NAICS codes
• Quality control functions to include missing data fields on recordable cases
• Additional duties as assigned

PAY RANGE :

CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors : federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.

For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.

Pay Range : $17.08 - $25.49 per hour
