Registered Nurse - Med-Surg, Gainesville, FL (Sign on Bonus up to $25k)\n\nJob Type : Full-Time, Permanent\n\nShift : Nights (Rotating Weekends)\n\nJob Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Surgical Unit, which operates within the Med-Surg unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care nursing and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\n\nRoles And Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the inpatient surgical unit.\n
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and provide treatments as required.\n
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.\n
• Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols, safety regulations, and infection control policies.\n
• Provide support and mentorship to junior staff as necessary.\n\nQualifications\n
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.\n
• Current BLS certification.\n
• Must hold an active RN license in Florida or a compact RN license.\n
