Customer Experience Manager (Solar Optimum)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Experience Manager to coordinate and ensure the successful execution of Solar, Battery, and Roofing projects (and other products and or services which the company may offer) from initiation to completion focusing on key areas as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple solar, battery, and roofing projects simultaneously, ensuring each stage is progressing on schedule.
- Coordinate with Sales, design, permitting, procurement, installation, and inspection teams to drive projects forward.
- Track project milestones and proactively identify and resolve delays or issues.
- Effectively utilize Company CRM to manage pipelines and report on progress.
- For projects meeting the criteria needed for Customer Experience Management, directly communicate with Solar Optimum teams and the Customer to progress projects forward.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve service and satisfaction.
- De-escalate customer concerns professionally and effectively.
- Supervise and support a team of coordinators, customer experience reps, or junior project managers.
- Facilitate team training, performance reviews, and development initiatives to build a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and installation teams to streamline communication and improve project flow.
- Maintain a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within solar, roofing, battery storage, construction, or a related field.Proven customer service or client-facing experience in a supervisory or leadership role.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient with CRM platforms, project tracking tools (e.g., Salesforce, G-Suite Products, and Microsoft Office Suite).Working knowledge of residential solar and / or roofing systems, permitting processes.Seniority level
