Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse.
Integrate with Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint OnlineDevelop systems for employee skill assessment career pathing , and technical upskillingDefine and execute strategy for talent management and development systemsSystem Integration
Implement API-based and file-based integrations using middleware Power Automate , and other tools.Conduct technical assessments for vendor integrations and ensure seamless data flow across systems.Business Process Automation
Automate HR and talent-related business processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions.Data & Reporting
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for HR analytics, skill tracking, and performance metrics.Ensure data integrity and actionable insights for decision-making.Stakeholder Management
Lead and manage communication with internal and external vendorsConduct vendor technical assessments and provide recommendations.Work effectively in cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and external partners.Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Power Platform DeveloperStrong hands-on expertise in Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Dataverse , and SharePoint OnlineExperience in system integration using APIs and middleware tools.Solid understanding of HR systems , especially in talent management and developmentExperience in business process automation and workflow design.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative environmentSeniority level
