Job descriptionIntegrate with Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online Develop systems for employee skill assessment career pathing , and technical upskilling Define and execute strategy for talent management and development systems Implement API-based and file-based integrations using middleware Power Automate , and other tools. Conduct technical assessments for vendor integrations and ensure seamless data flow across systems. Automate HR and talent-related business processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for HR analytics, skill tracking, and performance metrics. Ensure data integrity and actionable insights for decision-making. Lead and manage communication with internal and external vendors Conduct vendor technical assessments and provide recommendations. Work effectively in cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and external partners. Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer Strong hands-on expertise in Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Dataverse , and SharePoint Online Experience in system integration using APIs and middleware tools. Solid understanding of HR systems , especially in talent management and development Experience in business process automation and workflow design. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative environment Mid-Senior level Full-time Information Technology IT Services and IT Consulting
