As an Application Development Engineer , you'll be at the forefront of our mission to empower clients with cutting-edge applications for our advanced polymers. With your creativity and technical prowess, you will play a pivotal role in transforming ideas into reality!

Requirements

Your Mission

In this dynamic role, you will :

• Lead application development initiatives, creating innovative polymer solutions tailored to our customers' needs.
• Collaborate closely with clients, providing expert guidance throughout the development and implementation process.
• Conduct hands-on testing and validation to ensure our polymers and technologies meet industry standards and exceed client expectations.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to drive projects from part concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule is required. After training, you would work onsite 3 days and from home the other two, subject to change due to customer needs. (Must be located within daily driving distance to Troy, Michigan)
