Nurture a child's first five years by :
Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families and childrenCultivating an environment committed to health and safetyLearning all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspireManaging operation of the school in the Director's absenceAssisting the Director in ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost controlWe are looking for a dynamic Assistant Director who can take the school to new heights by :
Managing enrollment, waiting list and conducting toursManaging Lead CRM, hosting prospective family enrollment & community events, responding to all inquiriesAssisting the Director with licensing compliance, through management of student files & routine classroom inspectionsAs a member of the school leadership team, conducting staff appraisals and performance conversations, as neededWorking knowledge of school scheduling, including ratios and classroom coverage plansCommunicating with prospective & current families in person, virtually, or via phone; including New Parent OrientationAttending staff meetings and lead areas for staff development, as required; attend trainings, workshops and / or school functions as required, to maintain certification or otherwise meet performance standardsMaintaining the front desk lobby and greeting areaMaintaining overall professional personal appearance adhering to the guidelines in the Primrose School of Arlington Employee HandbookAssisting in other capacities as deemed necessaryShift Schedule : 9am - 6pm
Requirements :
Must hold a minimum CDA credential, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related fieldMust have minimum 2 years experience managing an early childhood center or schoolPrior experience with Child Care Management Software a PlusReady to Make a Difference?
