Overview
Dunn Tire & Auto is seeking a Service Manager to help lead our service department and deliver a high-quality customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on team performance, customer service, and daily service operations.. You will work alongside the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, maximize sales, and develop a high-performing team.

What You'll Do
- Lead and support daily store operations alongside the Store Manager
- Deliver a world-class customer experience by ensuring every guest receives expert service and recommendations
- Train, coach, and mentor team members, helping them grow in their roles
- Oversee sales performance and profitability, driving the store to meet and exceed goals
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and scheduling employees to maintain efficient store operations
- Manage inventory levels and ordering, ensuring the right products are available for customers
- Enforce safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment
- Handle customer inquiries, service issues, and escalations, ensuring high satisfaction
- Support shop operations as needed, including mounting and balancing tires
