In this role, you'll be the voice of our company building relationships with customers, providing solutions, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to service and quality.

Essential Functions

• Deliver outstanding customer service by answering calls, resolving issues, entering orders, and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Turn inquiries into opportunities recommend complementary products, accessories, or replacements to meet customer needs.
• Prepare bids and quotations, then follow up to close the sale.
• Document all customer interactions and sales activities in our ACS system.
• Partner with Outside Sales to provide exceptional account management and support both new and existing customers.
• Help execute sales and marketing initiatives that drive growth and customer engagement.
• Stay up to date on Ryan Herco Flow Solutions products through ongoing product and sales training.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer records in our database.
