We're currently partnering with a leading, high-growth private equity-backed company looking to expand its corporate development team. Known for its collaborative culture, robust deal flow, and commitment to professional growth, the firm is seeking a seasoned Corporate Development Manager to join its high-performing team and drive strategic initiatives.

The Corporate Development Manager will be responsible for :

• Leading and executing end-to-end M&A transactions, including target identification, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning
• Developing strategic analyses, investment memos, and executive presentations to support decision-making
• Building and maintaining complex financial models (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, and comps)
• Collaborating cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless deal execution
• Supporting corporate strategy initiatives, including market entry, portfolio optimization, and capital deployment
• Engaging with senior leadership and external stakeholders to evaluate and negotiate strategic opportunities
