The Pilates Instructor is responsible for developing and maintaining a quality Pilates program, providing leadership and guidance to instructors and ensuring that classes and one on one sessions are taught in accordance with club and industry standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Create a safe, and effective environment to help clients reach their fitness goals.  Oversee quality assurance checks on classes and one-on-one training Give recommendations to the Fitness Director on implementing marketing and promotion strategies regarding Pilates program Work in partnership with Fitness Director and other Pilates instructors to stay up to date on club and class policies.  Perform other duties as assigned ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBLITIES Distribute all company communication regarding standard operating procedures and policies to instructors Attend meetings regarding the club wide Fitness & Pilates programs QUALIFICATIONS Ability to communicate effectively with membership and staff.

Ability to multi-task, establish priorities and meet deadlines.

Desire to grow in a role that highlights community and work ethic.  EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree in kinesiology, sports medicine, or other related field 1+ years’ experience in either Pilates studio or fitness center industry Experience or knowledge of working with Pilates Equipment(Reformer and Cadillac, Chairs and Barrels).  Powered by JazzHR
