Job description

Our client, a major provider / database for medical records, is actively looking for a Records Specialist to join their team in Atlanta! This is a fully onsite position, Monday-Friday in the Atlanta office, so only local applicants will be considered.

  • This begins as a 3 month contract with an opportunity to extend or convert at any time

Responsibilities :

  • Records researching, processing, fulfilling, and shipping vital records orders.
  • Researching discrepancies
  • Contacting customers, answering phones / emails
  • Following all compliance and privacy rules
  • Reporting issues with processes / systems
  • Communicating with on-site management
  • Attending and completing all scheduled meetings and trainings

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of office experience
  • Experience professionally using Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and stay focused on given tasks
