Full-Time | In-Home to In-Clinic Transition | $80,000–$100,000 per year (base + incentives)

Autism Center of Excellence is expanding into the Charlotte, NC area and seeking a BCBA who is excited to help establish services in a growing region. This role begins with in-home ABA services while the local client base grows. As our clinic opens, the BCBA will transition into a full-time, clinic-based position with opportunities to support program development.

• Location : Greater Charlotte Area (initially in-home)
• Transition : Starts in-home → moves to clinic once established
• Schedule : Monday–Friday
• Employment Type : Full-Time, Exempt

Compensation : $80,000–$100,000 per year

Requirements

Active BCBA certification in good standing Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field Clinical experience working with children on the autism spectrum Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude Confidence in data-driven decision making and individualized care
