Product Quality Lead

Onsite Product Quality Leader

Apex Systems is looking to hire an Onsite Product Quality Leader for our client based out of Greensboro, NC. This assignment is anticipated to be a 12 month contract with strong potential for extension; however, Apex Systems cannot guarantee the length of this assignment. This will also have a first shift MondayFriday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and prioritize market product quality issues to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Lead problem-solving activities across engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and field service teams.
• Chair Field Quality Meetings and lead Quality Action Groups for assigned markets.
• Detect and quantify customer quality issues early using enhanced analytics.
• Recommend containment actions and appropriate quality tools for field issues.
• Coordinate and prioritize quality actions across internal departments.
• Communicate product quality status and customer satisfaction metrics clearly across the organization.
• Validate the effectiveness of implemented quality solutions.
• Present technical descriptions for external campaigns and participate in campaign committees.
• Identify and escalate potential safety-related issues.
• Lead initiatives within the Product Quality Leader network to meet application quality goals.
• Influence prioritization of major unresolved issues across the team.
