Hr Generalist
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky. This is a contract to hire position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to various human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
- Oversee employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Administer and support benefit programs, including open enrollment activities.
- Audit and maintain personnel files to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with HR teams to manage and update HRIS systems with accurate employee information.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving HR-related issues and offer recommendations for process improvements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to HR activities and compliance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and strategies.
Requirements :
Proven experience in a human resources generalist role.Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR policies.Proficiency in managing onboarding and benefits administration processes.Familiarity with HRIS and other human resources information systems.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
