🚨 NOW HIRING : REGIONAL SAFETY MANAGER

📍 NY | ✈️ Travel : 35–40% | 🕐 Full-Time | 2-3 days Onsite when not traveling|  Starting Salary : $100,000

If you live and breathe DOT and  FMCSA , in addition- understanding of OSHA, PHMSA, and EPA compliance—and have a passion for coaching, culture-building, and hands-on leadership—this is your lane. Are you a DOT safety expert ready to take the wheel in a high-impact role? TCI is looking for a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across our dynamic transportation network.

🔧 What You’ll Do :

Deliver engaging onboarding + ongoing safety training

Investigate accidents & injuries (and get hands-on with ride-alongs)

Participate in compliance audits & DQ file oversight

Partner with operations to build a proactive safety culture

Analyze safety data, scorecards, and driver behavior to drive results

Ensure emergency plans, facility assessments, shop inspections, and safety goals are on point

🧠 What You Bring :

Deep knowledge of DOT and  FMCSA , with an understanding of OSHA, PHMSA, EPA regs

Experience leading safety programs in transportation or logistics

Strong communication and coaching skills—you know how to rally a team

Attention to detail meets big-picture thinking

Proficiency in Microsoft Office & safety tracking software
