What You'll Do :

Monitor and manage access control points at the manufacturing and industrial location to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain security-related protocols.

Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering or leaving the premises, following site-specific procedures.

Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and contractors with access-related questions and directions.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Document and report any suspicious activities, security-related incidents, or policy violations observed at access control points.

Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support security-related operations and emergency response activities as needed.

Conduct regular inspections of access control equipment and report any malfunctions or irregularities to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements :

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

A minimum of five years of security-related experience is required.

A minimum of two years of law enforcement, military, or corrections experience or a college degree is required.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
