As part of this mission, Bumble is seeking an Integrity Operations Manager to lead its Scaled Abuse function. This team plays a critical role in safeguarding platform authenticity and preventing harmful interactions before they occur. You will be responsible for managing the operational engine that protects our members from scaled harms such as spam, scams, fraud, inauthentic behavior, and other forms of manipulative abuse. This role leads a combination of internal team members and vendor moderators focused on proactive enforcement. You will :

This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of strategy, execution, and team development. This role is based in Austin, US and may require participation in on-call rotations (including nights, weekends, and holidays).

About You

$128,000 - $130,000 a year

For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. This position is also typically eligible to participate in our short- and long-term incentive programs. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, Unlimited Paid Time Off Policy.
