Nurse to Patient Ratio : typically, 1 : 4

Age Groups of Patients : Infant; Peds; Adolescent, Adults, Geriatrics

Charting : Cerner

Scrub Color : navy blue

Any special procedure done on the unit? Care of STEMI / STROKE / SEPSIS patients

Areas of Float Support : yes, within skillset

Common medications used on the unit?

Auxiliary : YES

Additional Info : Vasoactive drips : Levophed, dopamine

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, ER

Experience : 2 years

Licenses : RN-CA

Certifications : BLS-AHA; ACLS-AHA
