Regional Director of Operations

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Operations  to lead and manage the daily operational functions across all clinic locations. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for optimizing workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining high standards of patient care, and fostering a strong culture of collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement.

The Regional Director of Operations will report directly to the Vice President of Operations and work closely with physician leadership, site managers, and MSO (Management Services Organization) stakeholders to drive operational excellence, physician satisfaction, and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Leadership & Oversight

• Oversee daily operations across all clinic sites, ensuring efficiency and consistency in front desk, call center, referral coordination, surgical scheduling, digital patient engagement, and medical records management.
• Supervise key operational departments, including :

Orthopedic and Physical Therapy  front desk operations

Strategic Planning & Execution

Compliance & Quality Assurance

Culture & Communication

Requirements

Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

7-10 years leadership experience in a multi site outpatient or clinical setting

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field.

Orthopedics experience preferred
