Job description
Infosys is seeking a Deskside Support Analyst (EUC) who has experience in troubleshooting desktop / laptop issues and providing advance onsite IT support for end-user devices and infrastructure, including hands-on assistance in data center environments. Ensure high availability of IT services through proactive maintenance, incident resolution, and collaboration with global IT teams. Candidate is responsible for maintaining and monitoring end-user workstations and productivity. This position performs a variety of maintenance, software installations, and break-fix support tasks to ensure end-users are capable performing the tasks required to complete their work. Candidate will be working closely with various teams to provide input on new functionality and system performance, capacity management.
