About the Role

The Staff Accountant is a key member of our Homestay & Dormitory Program, working directly with our Company Controller (CPA). This role involves a blend of daily accounting tasks, financial analysis, and support for strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Calculate and process monthly / ad-hoc ACH stipend payments to host families.
• Support annual financial audits and tax preparation alongside the Controller.
• Maintain daily bookkeeping and general ledger in QuickBooks.
• Perform account reconciliations and manage company checkbooks.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Provide financial analysis for new company initiatives, acquisitions, or property projects.
• Review, edit, and manage contracts through Adobe Sign.
• Complete additional accounting assignments as directed by the Controller.
