Senior UX Researcher

A company is looking for a Senior UX Researcher to shape the evolution of a digital healthcare platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute end-to-end research across the digital ecosystem to inform strategy and product decisions

Frame strategic research questions that uncover root causes and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for user needs and uphold research quality standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience

5-10 years of hands-on experience conducting UX research in digital products, preferably in regulated industries

Proficiency with research and analysis tools (e.g., dscout, UserTesting, Figma)

Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end research work, including planning, execution, and impact

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
