Job description

Workday Program Manager Coordinator

Supports collaboration between cross-functional teams, including human resources, information technology, centers of excellence, and business leaders, to optimize Workday applications. Ensures Workday aligns with the organization's business objectives and enhances operational efficiency.

Lead Workday Optimization : Collaborate with HR, IT, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to align Workday applications with organizational needs.

Support High-Volume Periods : Manage project coordination, documentation, and system alignment during periods of peak activity.

Oversee Contingent Workforce Processes : Maintain documentation, support onboarding / offboarding workflows, and ensure Workday reflects current operational needs for a workforce of 17,000-20,000.

Take on foundational tasks to support strategic HR operations.

Drive Efficiency & Communication : Manage documentation, testing, and coordination to accelerate project timelines and improve system reliability.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Education : Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience : Three years' experience in HR systems, project coordination, or related roles.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms preferred (SAP, ADP, Dayforce).

Physical Requirements : Frequent lifting / carrying and pushing / pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot / leg and hand / arm movements. Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors. Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc. Frequent keyboard use / data entry. Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping. Occasional lifting / carrying and pushing / pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs. Rare climbing.
