Manager, General Merchandising

The Manager, General Merchandising leads and coordinates various activities within Wayfair's Merchandising function to achieve strategic sales objectives across all channels. This role oversees and contributes to multiple merchandising disciplines, which may include buying strategies, merchandise planning, and visual or field merchandising execution. The Manager monitors performance metrics, collaborates closely with brand management and creative teams to refine plans, and ensures effective implementation of merchandising initiatives. This position offers a significant opportunity to provide leadership and strategic direction across diverse merchandising areas, impacting Wayfair's ability to maximize sales and customer engagement. This role is essential for driving cohesive and effective merchandising strategies throughout the organization.
