Overview

Production Support Specialist Champion Windows & Home Exteriors

As a Production Support Specialist, you will review sales contracts, field work orders, field measure sheets, field labor bills and be responsible for accurately parsing and ordering jobs.

Responsibilities

• Contract Accuracy and Order Processing : accurately review and parse sales contracts using measurement forms.
• Enter all new, service and / or warranty installation orders into the Champion ordering system.
• Verify the accuracy of information from contracts and measurement technicians before submitting orders for production.
• Document Management : upload all relevant documents to the customer in Champions database and ensure that all documentation is complete and accessible.
• Customer Records Management : organize and maintain detailed customer records, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
• Additional Duties : perform related tasks as assigned by management.
