Compensation : $20 – $21 / hour (depending on experience)

Job Description :

Addison Group is hiring a Front Desk Assistant to join our client’s administrative team. This role manages the initial patient intake process, supports case managers, handles scheduling, and provides general front office support. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and prior experience in a medical office setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the first line of communication by answering incoming calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments across multiple locations and maintain accurate calendars.
• Prepare daily documents, forms, and administrative materials needed for patient visits.
• Support case managers by assisting with scheduling, paperwork, and request processing.
• Maintain and update electronic patient records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Request and track medical documentation from provider offices as needed.
• Process record requests, including subpoenas and written inquiries for medical files and billing documents.
• Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to complete daily administrative tasks.
