Work Location : Reston, VA (Need DMV folks)

Description :

Leads development efforts to design, develop, and implement target state cloud-based technologies across the enterprise. Collaborates with stakeholders and other enterprise developers to formulate plans and solutions that support enterprise goals, implement efficient end-to-end processes, and leverage existing IT assets. Aligns strategic goals with key business and IT initiatives. Develops an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, industry-standard techniques, and best practices.

Skills :

• Proficiency with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using agile methodologies
• Solid knowledge of programming languages, application servers, compute, database servers, and system architecture
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud development and related services
• Understanding of current programming languages and ability to employ them to solve business needs
• Knowledge of one or more of the following : Python, SQL, Glue ETL, ECS, EMR, Lambda, Redshift, DMS, SQS / SNS, PostGres RDS, S3, Oracle, Java
• Knowledge of Test Automation tools and best practices
