In thiscompelling leadership position you will lead the research of newtechnical Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) disclosurerequirements as well as ensure compliance with existing SECstandards.
In this role you will partner with other leaders in theFinancial Reporting team SEC legal Accounting Policy OperationalAccounting teams and other business partners as required.

The Finance and Regulatory ReportingPrincipal role will offer you the flexibility to make each day yourown while working alongside people who care so that you can deliveron the following responsibilities :
- Research new technical SEC disclosure guidance and designimplementation
- Lead writer of all Board andManagement Committee level communications from the FinancialReporting team
- Partner with Accounting Policyand SEC legal teams to evaluate disclosure requirements for newGAAP requirements and new business events
- Evaluate market trends or other relevant data in developingdisclosure conclusions and benchmarking
- Establish guidelines for design or production of reports usinginformation gathered.
- Liaise with keystakeholders to ensure that reports meet the business andregulatory need.
- Assist in the review ofcomplied reports for accuracy and insightful analysis
Qualifications

Minimum RequiredExperiences
- 8 years of experience inFinancial Reporting Accounting Policy or equivalent
- Bachelor degree
- CPA or equivalentrequired

- Master degree
