As a Senior Manager, Business Analysis at Capital One, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges. Fraud when a customer's personal information is stolen or bank account is compromised is a defining and increasingly frequent moment in our customers' financial lives. The Customer Protection (CP) organization within Retail Bank is at the heart of protecting Capital One's customers from fraud. Within CP, you will lead a team of business analysts and work together with Data Scientists, Digital Product Owners, Engineers, and Operations leaders to face down fraudsters every day. In addition, you will test and deliver the capabilities that will be needed to beat the fraud attacks we expect in the future. Lastly, you will play a critical role in bringing Capital One and Discover together by fulfilling on the technology and customer migration planning and execution. How will do you do that? The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA : $193,000 - $220,300 for Sr. Business Manager

Richmond, VA : $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Business Manager

Riverwoods, IL : $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Business Manager

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
