Electrician

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment in both residential and commercial settings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety procedures, as well as experience working with a variety of electrical equipment and tools.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and control systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs
• Install and connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other electrical components
• Test electrical systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly and meet safety standards
• Install and maintain electrical equipment, such as generators, motors, and transformers
• Follow all electrical codes, regulations, and safety procedures
• Collaborate with other trades to coordinate installations and repairs

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program or relevant vocational training
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrician
• Knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and climb ladders
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
