Accounts Receivable Clerk
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities :
- Generate and issue customer invoices promptly and with precision.
- Process payments received through various methods, including checks, credit cards, wires, and other channels.
- Monitor outstanding accounts and actively follow up with customers to ensure on-time payments.
- Conduct account reconciliations and address discrepancies or disputes in a timely manner.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all accounts receivable activities.
- Support month-end close processes by preparing aging reports and journal entries.
- Collaborate with other departments to verify and enhance billing accuracy.
- Create and distribute detailed accounts receivable reports for management review.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards in all AR processes.
