Job Details :

The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing timely and accurate performance and financial information, ad hoc home infusion partner support.

The primary focus of this role is to provide analysis, and recommendations to help drive profitable growth of our home infusion partners.

Responsible for applying specific knowledge and experience to gather, analyze and communicate business information and financial results.

Responsibilities

Support home infusion partners monthly and quarterly performance reviews for volumes and profitability.

Reviews monthly financial operating results, identifying key trends, variances, and areas of improved performance.

Works across other areas of finance.

Performs ad hoc analysis and forecasts for external home infusion partners and internal management team around payors, therapy, and markets etc.

Develops and maintains volume and forecast models to support growth and management-based decision making.

Develops recommendations for management decision-making.

Performs financial analysis including conducting market research / market sizing and opportunity.

Identifying, creating and implementing tools to support reporting and analytical needs.

Runs various scenarios through models and understands key performance drivers and impacts. Measures financial results.

With minimal guidance from leadership : Pull and analyze various data formats and availability; Researches and creates sets of data that allow for new data points and various lines of data to be incorporated for more in-depth analysis.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree (finance, economics, business)

Master's Degree or MBA preferred

At least 3 years of experience in an analytical / finance role in healthcare

Previous finance and data analytics experience in Home Infusion or Specialty Pharmacy

Experience in applying data and analytics principles

Experience identifying opportunities and recommending and implementing strategies to realize them

High level of skill in in SQL, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI
