Overview
The Field Strategy & Operations Team acts as an extension of sales leadership. As part of Okta’s Business Operations team, we protect the investment in Okta’s rapidly growing Sales organization by ensuring Sales has the insights, tools, and processes to run effectively and efficiently. This role is part of the Business Operations team responsible for driving scalable processes, reliable systems, and data.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Systems Management & Optimization : Serve as the dedicated business owner and subject matter expert for key sales tools (e.g., Clari), manage the end-to-end roadmap, roll out new features, and pursue ongoing optimization.
- Cross-Functional Execution & Project Management : Participate in high-impact initiatives requiring integration between systems (Salesforce, forecasting platform); partner with Business Technology to ensure clear handoffs and successful delivery from requirements gathering to UAT.
- Operational & Process Design : Define, document, and communicate how systems are used by frontline teams to drive efficiency and consistency. Identify gaps and recommend continuous improvements to processes and tools to enable scalable execution.
- Data Integrity & Accuracy : Own key data flows, maintain hierarchies, ensure data accuracy across systems, build and maintain reports to validate data integrity, and troubleshoot data-related issues.
- Enablement & Communication : Collaborate with Enablement to drive adoption and effective usage of sales systems; provide ongoing support, identify training gaps, and create documentation to empower the sales organization.
What You’ll Bring To The Role
Experience : 3-5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or a systems-focused role within a high-growth tech environment.Technical Proficiency : Hands-on experience with Salesforce is required. Experience with tools like Clari, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms is highly preferred.Analytical & Problem-Solving : Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable, system-driven solutions; capable of analyzing data and providing actionable insights.Communication & Collaboration : Excellent communication skills to partner with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels, including sales, operations, and business technology.Project Management : Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive them to completion.Documentation : Experience creating and maintaining documentation, process guides, and playbooks.What you can look forward to as a Full-Time Okta employee

Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between : $117,000—$175,000 USD
