Responsibilities

Harbor Point Behavioral Health Center offers intensive residential treatment services within a secure setting. Our programs are designed to meet the needs of youth ages 7- 17 who are experiencing emotional, psychiatric and educational difficulties. In addition to our general psychiatric programs, we also offer specialty programs for youth with more serious challenges. Harbor Point and its programs are fully accredited by The Joint Commission and the Virginia Association of Independent Specialized Educational Facilities. We are licensed by The Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services and the Virginia Department of Education. We are a TRICARE-approved and certified facility.

Harbor Point Behavioral Health Center currently has a Part Time Driver position available!

Qualifications :

Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Must be able to be cleared by the facility insurance company. An individual must be able to perform each essential function of the job satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities, who are otherwise qualified, to perform the essential functions. Good verbal and written skills, ability to rotate shifts and programs as necessary, ability to maintain confidentiality of resident information.

Essential Functions :

• Oversees transportation of residents
• Adheres to all supervision responsibilities related to monitoring.
• Maintains positive normative culture.
• Fulfills responsibilities to the facility in adherence to philosophy and general policy
• Service Excellence
• Will provide assistance with breaks, resident temps, front desk, and floor needs.

Qualifications

Education / Experience : Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensure / Certification : Valid Driver's license, Handle with Care, CPR and First Aid
