They are looking for a Vice President of Finance .

Salary

$120k - $140k

Position Overview

Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President of Finance is a full-time, exempt leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including accounting, payroll, grants, compliance, budgeting, and strategic planning. This position plays a vital part in organizational decision-making and supports the agency's mission through sound financial stewardship and collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership and the Board.
• Supervise and develop the Finance team, including the Director of Accounting.
• Oversee financial operations, audits, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present annual budgets, cash flow analyses, and monthly financial statements.
• Coordinate grant and funding source budgets and ensure accurate reporting.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, vendors, and external partners.
• Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with all federal and state regulations.
• Lead annual audits, including Single Audits when applicable, and ensure timely filing of 990 and 5500 returns.
• Support the resource development team with financial insights related to fundraising and grants.
• Maintain retirement plans and ensure accuracy of all related filings.
