Position Overview :
The Senior Plant Controller is a strategic partner in the plant's management team, responsible for the financial leadership of the Ohio plant.
This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing finance , cost accounting , and financial analysis . The Senior Plant Controller will oversee the plant's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3-5 years in a plant controller or senior finance role.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting in a manufacturing setting.
Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Working Conditions :
occasional travel required.
Standard office environment within a manufacturing facility.
