Position Overview

We are continuously hiring for a variety of part-time and flexible roles across all departments, including but not limited to :

The Lodge, Sandbar, Ted's Sweetwater Grill, Grainhouse - FOH and BOH Restaurant Roles

Land and Estate - Laborers

Pool Operations

RanDance and Pelican Lakes Golf - Pro Shops and Course Maintenance Roles

W Club - Health and Fitness Roles

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities will vary depending on the department and role, but may include :

Supporting day-to-day operations or team-specific projects

Assisting customers, clients, or internal teams with timely and effective service

Organizing data, documents, or inventory

Contributing to process improvement, communication, or creative initiatives

Performing task-specific duties relevant to your skills and experience
