Job Description

Manage GL reconciliations, financial reporting, and month / year-end close

Supervise and develop retail accounting staff

Analyze financial results and prepare balance sheet and inventory reports

Partner with retail leaders to provide insights for decision-making

Support audits, tax compliance, and cash / bank reconciliations

Implement process improvements to increase efficiency

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA a plus

Progressive accounting experience, ideally in retail or consumer goods

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency

Excellent communication and leadership abilities
