Manager, Retail Pricing
Orgill is seeking a Manager, Retail Pricing to join our Pricing team. This position manages pricing strategies across all 18 retail brands under the CNRG (Central Network Retail Group) umbrella. This role will play a critical part in ensuring competitive, profitable and data-driven retail pricing practices are implemented consistently across CNRG's 18 brands and 140+ retail locations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in retail pricing, data based decision making and a collaborative mindset to support the dynamic and diverse needs of the stores.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute retail pricing strategies across all CNRG brands to drive profitability and align with overall business goals.
- Leverage competitive data, market intelligence, and brand-specific insights to ensure pricing strategies support competitiveness, customer value, and profitability.
- Identify and implement pricing solutions that address unique market conditions, customer demographics, and brand- or store-specific strategies.
- Work hand-in-hand with Orgill's pricing department and coordinate with CNRG brand leadership to ensure pricing strategies are aligned across the organization.
- Partner with CNRG brand managers, buyers, Orgill's purchasing team, and vendor partners to ensure alignment and execution of pricing initiatives.
- Use pricing software, web scraping tools, and internal systems to manage and automate pricing updates with accuracy and consistency.
- Proactively monitor and report on retail pricing trends, competitor activity, and broader market shifts.
- Analyze pricing effectiveness, margin performance, and sales trends to evaluate impact and provide actionable recommendations.
- Provide regular performance reports and pricing insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, tools, and systems to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field required.510 years of experience in pricing, preferably within a retail or multi-brand environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and pricing software tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies.Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications :
