Maryland Licensed Clinical Supervisor

A company is looking for a Residency Clinical Supervisor to ensure high-quality care delivery and provider development in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide supervision and guidance to residents and provisionally licensed clinicians

Audit clinical documentation for compliance and quality assurance

Monitor performance metrics and intervene as necessary to support clinician success

Required Qualifications

Advanced clinical degree (LCSW, LCPC) with unrestricted licensure in Maryland / Virginia

Minimum of 4 years of post-master's clinical experience

At least 2 years of leadership experience in virtual healthcare or behavioral health transformation

Experience in designing and launching digital clinical initiatives

Strong background in data-driven performance improvement and operational dashboards
