The Finance Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Finance Manager and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of @the Grounds' financial operations. This position assists with accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations while maintaining organized financial records and consistent communication across departments.
Success in this role means maintaining precise, transparent, and well-organized financial records that support the smooth operation of @the Grounds' diverse events and programs. The Finance Coordinator ensures invoices are processed and paid on time, billing is accurate and complete, and financial reports are delivered without error. A successful individual in this position communicates clearly with internal teams, vendors, and clients, anticipates financial needs before they arise, and contributes to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence across the organization.
