As a Global Marketing Manager in Specialty Care you will play a lead role in shaping future strategy, developing strategic implementation plans, driving critical launch deliverables, and leading launch excellence in key markets across the globe for a specialty care launch. Basic Qualifications & Skills : We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including brand planning and execution (ideally in specialty care). Demonstrated strategic capability : ability to synthesize insights, competitive dynamics, and market needs into clear actionable strategies & tactics Demonstrated agility & accountability : solution orientation and strong collaborative spirit Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a fast paced, complex, and often ambiguous environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
