Job Summary :

We’re seeking a Senior Salesforce Technology Specialist to lead the administration, customization, and optimization of the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end implementation, integrations, and automation, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, including user, data, and security management.

Design and implement custom objects, flows, validation rules, and automation processes.

Lead integrations, upgrades, and CI / CD deployments.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Develop Apex, LWC / Aura components, and API integrations.

Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and compliance.

Provide technical leadership, documentation, and user training.

Qualifications :

Extensive experience in Salesforce administration, development, and architecture.

Strong expertise with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce integrations.

Proven ability to deliver secure, efficient, and compliant Salesforce solutions.

Salesforce certifications preferred (Administrator, Developer, Architect).

Prior experience with Government clients is a plus.
