Refrigeration Technician

Iosfttek Inc. is seeking a Refrigeration Technician to join our team in Apopka, FL. This is a full-time, on-site position starting at $35 / hr. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of industrial ammonia refrigeration experience in operating and troubleshooting, as well as 2 years of maintenance experience with air compressors and electrical systems (up to 460 V).

Requirements

• High school diploma / GED equivalency.
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial ammonia refrigeration experience.
• Preferred 2 years of maintenance experience, including air compressors and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to recognize defective parts and distinguish machine sounds.
• Physical ability to lift and carry 50 pounds, work on elevated surfaces, and work in extreme temperatures and noise levels.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding instructions in English.
• Willingness to work holidays, facility shutdowns, and various shifts (8-hour, 12-hour, day or night shifts) as needed, including overtime.

Candidates should also be able to learn and apply Iosfttek Inc.'s Safety and Quality Standards, stay organized, be team-oriented, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. A RETA CARO / CIRO certification is a plus.
