Accounts Receivable Representative

Key Responsibilities

Handle escalated account and payer disputes, including complex edits and appeals

Manage advanced account activities such as lien adjudication, settlement requests, and risk management

Act as a billing and reimbursement expert for a defined payer product line

Required Qualifications and Education

Proficient in Accounts Receivable Representative 1 responsibilities

Experience with healthcare liens, settlement requests, and fraud cases

Ability to identify payer and system issues for process improvements

Participation in meetings with payer representatives to enhance reimbursement

Knowledge of advanced level work queues and credit adjustment reviews
