Registered Architect (Virginia Beach)

Position : Licensed Architect / Project Manager

Type : Direct Placement

Location : Virginia Beach, VA 23462 - Hybrid (Mon & Fri Can be Remote)

Hours : 40 Hours / Week; Core Hours are 9am-4pm

Overtime : Very Rare but Paid for any Overtime

Pay Range : 80-120K (Based on Experience - Can be Flex w / More Experience)

Travel : Local Travel to Jobsites

Day-to-Day :

• Seeking a Licensed Architect / Project Manager with 8-15 years of industry experience.
• The candidate will lead the design and execution of 3-10 diverse architectural projects at a time from initial concept through construction administration.
• As a Licensed Architect / Project Manager, they will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that align with client goals and comply with all regulatory standards.
• Ensuring compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.
• Work includes educational, municipal, state, federal, financial, and commercial facilities projects.
